The Vatican City is the smallest country in the world, standing at 0.49 km squared (approx 100 acres). It is an independent city-state from Italy and is where the Pope lives. We entered the Vatican with our Roma Pass on 12th March 2019 and here are some snapshots.
On the same day, we visited the Vatican Museums (back entrance of the city) and St. Peter's Basilica too. Our very-religious friend told us to go see the Pope as if we could just drop in and say hi to the most important man in the world 😂 #LoveYouNat IYKYK.
This was the entrance to the city / country and we loved looking back at the silhouette. After we left, we had Pizzarium Bonzi for lunch. Thanks for reading.
