Mapo Tofu is a popular Sichuan spicy dish. It's really easy to cook that even a #Shef can do it. Mick left me in charge of dinner one night so here is the recipe for my next attempt 😆
Note: This recipe is for 2 boxes. Cut all quantities in half if you're making 1 box.

This was really easy and I was very proud of it so that's why I'm posting it LOL
Scooped a spoon of fluffy white rice in a bowl and layered the mapo tofu. Viola! Easy peasy cooking.
The 'extra spicy' box was VERY SPICY. I died. I literally choked and cried and felt the fire in my soul 😭 I had 2 scoops of rice for every spoon of mapo tofu to counteract the chilliness. If your tolerance is low, I highly recommend the 'no chilli' or 'mild' option. Mick added chilli because he enjoys being closer to hell.
